Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days after you have made the purchase and cleared the payment. A Shipment Notification will be sent from us to confirm the order dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Qrhinestones on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

Returns and Replacements

Qrhinestones always makes our best efforts to ensure items are sent correctly for every orders.We highly recommend customers purchasing a color chart or small quantities of rhinestones before placing a large order to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please read the details on how we can best assist you in completing a return & refund on returnable merchandise.We offer 2 kinds of Returns and Refunds at Qrhinestones:
(1) Full Refund
Customer is only eligible for a full refund if wrong items have been sent for the Order.
To apply for a Full Refund, please take a photo of what you have received and send it to sales@qrhinestones.com, together with your Order Number. This helps us to identify the error we've made and processed a full refund to you. In such case, customer does not need to return the merchandise to us. We will issue a full refund for the wrong items, or resend the correct items free of charge.
(2) Partial Refund
If customer would like to return the merchandise due to personal reasons like wrong size expectation, wrong color expectations, wrong quantity ordered, etc., only a Partial refund can be processed.Customers are required to send the merchandise in a carefully packaged envelop with appropriate dampening protective materials. In the event that returns are damaged in shipment due to inadequate packaging, we will not accept the return or process a refund. Please include your original order receipt or order number to make sure a speedy process of your refund. All returning postage shall be paid by Customers.
Once we received the returned merchandise, a Partial Refund excluding original order postage plus deducting a charge on restocking fee of 10%, will be issued in original form of payment.Qrhinestones are not responsible for mail lost or the Postal Service Company during the return, we recommend customer to use a trackable post service when making a return of merchandise.
