Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days after you have made the purchase and cleared the payment. A Shipment Notification will be sent from us to confirm the order dispatch.

We offer 3 Shipping options to all customers:

1) Standard Shipping:
All orders less than $30 will be shipped by standard air mail without any tracking information, customers in major countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc. shall receive the package in around 10-18 days, no signature is needed for the delivery. For other countries, delivery might take up to 21-28 days or more to arrive, depending on the receiving countries postal service level.

2) e-Express Mail Service
Orders that are higher than $30 will be shipped by e-Express Mail Service (eqv. to First Class Air Mail) with a Tracking Number for you to trace your package online. It will take around 7 to 14 days for package to arrive (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.). Mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing.
It is a door delivery and signature is required when receiving.
* This Service is only available for selected countries including USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Orders from customers of other countries will be shipped by Registered Air Mail with a tracking code to file a tracing request with their local post office.

3) Expedite Mail Service
Expedite Mail Service is the quickest way of delivery. It allows customer who needs the package urgently to receive it in 4-5 days. Tracking is available on the web with detailed tracking information. Shipping upgrades for Expedite Mail Service is US$25 for the first pound of weight. To add this to your order, please contact us at sales@qrhinestones.com within 12 hours you made the purchase. 

About Lost Package
Lost Package is rare. However, in the event your package is lost in transit, we will refund your purchase or reship your order after 40 days from the date of shipment.

If any of these terms or conditions are revised, you are subject to those changes based on your continued use of our products and services. All the information provided when purchaseing a product is truthful, and that you agree to pay for it. Upon request, you will recieve information by US postal mail or by computer E-mail. Users are required not to use anything from this web site without written permission from Qrhinestones management team. If any items appearing on this web site are used without the permission of Qrhinestones, you may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties.

Returns & Replacements
Qrhinestones always makes our best efforts to ensure items are sent correctly for every orders.We highly recommend customers purchasing a color chart or small quantities of rhinestones before placing a large order to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please read the details on how we can best assist you in completing a return & refund on returnable merchandise.We offer 2 kinds of Returns and Refunds at Qrhinestones:

(1) Full Refund
Customer is only eligible for a full refund if wrong items have been sent for the Order.

To apply for a Full Refund, please take a photo of what you have received and send it to sales@qrhinestones.com, together with your Order Number. This helps us to identify the error we've made and processed a full refund to you. In such case, customer does not need to return the merchandise to us. We will issue a full refund for the wrong items, or resend the correct items free of charge.

(2) Partial Refund
If customer would like to return the merchandise due to personal reasons like wrong size expectation, wrong color expectations, wrong quantity ordered, etc., only a Partial refund can be processed.Customers are required to send the merchandise in a carefully packaged envelop with appropriate dampening protective materials. In the event that returns are damaged in shipment due to inadequate packaging, we will not accept the return or process a refund. Please include your original order receipt or order number to make sure a speedy process of your refund. All returning postage shall be paid by Customers.

Once we received the returned merchandise, a Partial Refund excluding original order postage plus deducting a charge on restocking fee of 10%, will be issued in original form of payment.Qrhinestones are not responsible for mail lost or the Postal Service Company during the return, we recommend customer to use a trackable post service when making a return of merchandise. 


Ordering
We reserve the right to cancel any order that customer place with us, or to limit the quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If your order is rejected, an email will be sent to your ordering email, with a full refund on it.


 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is accepted by Paypal, and Credit Card. In the event of bank transfer, please contact Qrhinestones customer service team at sales@qrhinestones.com.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, We reserves the right to refuse, adjust or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Order viewing is only avaiable for registered member of Qrhinestones.com. We highly recommend you to register for a membership to enjoy ocassional promotions.

Qrhinestones may terminate your account or use of qrhinestones.com website at anytime. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Web site at any time without prior notice.
