Shipping & Returns
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally dispatched in 2-3 working days after the payment is cleared. Exceptions to this may occur if we are having a public holiday here, in this case, please look out for our shop announcement. A Shipment Notification will be sent from us to confirm the order dispatch.
All orders in our Store are shipped by tracked mail service. So customer can track the parcel through the postal service website.
Please note that the details on the tracking information varies according to different countries, some countries' postal company provide very detailed tracking information, while some of them might provide only basic tracking information.

North America (USA, Canada) approximately 7-14 working days
Europe (France, UK) approximately 7-14 working days
Australia & Asia Pacific approximately 7-14 working days
Other countries which are not specified above 14-21 working days
Expedite Mail Service 4-5 working days
Customer can opt to upgrade their shipment to Expedite Mail Service (EMS), this allows customer who needs the package urgently to receive it in 4-5 working days. Tracking is available on the web with detailed tracking information. To upgrade your shipping method, please upgrade it when you check out on Etsy.
ABOUT LOST PACKAGE
All packages are shipped by tracked mail, so Lost Package is rare. However, in the event your package is officially confirmed lost in transit, we will refund your purchase or reship your order after 40 days from the date of shipment.
Items marked as delivered by the Postal Service website are considered delivered. If for some reason you do not receive your order when tracking shows delivered you will need to contact your local post office to locate package.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Qrhinestones, we always make our best efforts to ensure items are sent correctly for every orders.
We highly recommend customers purchasing a color chart or small quantities of rhinestones before placing a large order to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please read the details on how we can best assist you in completing a return & refund on returnable merchandise.
We offer 2 kinds of Returns and Refunds at Qrhinestones:
1) FULL REFUND
Customer is only eligible for a full refund if wrong items have been sent by Qrhinestones for the Order.
To apply for a Full Refund, please take a photo of what you have received and send it to sales [!at] qrhinestones.com, together with your Order Number. This helps us to identify the error we've made and processed a full refund to you. In such case, customer does not need to return the merchandise to us. We will issue a full refund for the wrong items, or resend the correct items free of charge.
2) PARTIAL REFUND
If customer would like to return the merchandise due to personal reasons like wrong size expectation, wrong color expectations, wrong quantity ordered, etc., only a Partial refund can be processed.
Customers are required to send the merchandise in a carefully packaged envelop with appropriate dampening protective materials. In the event that returns are damaged in shipment due to inadequate packaging, we will not accept the return or process a refund. Please include your original order receipt or order number to make sure a speedy process of your refund. All returning postage shall be paid by Customers.
Once we received the returned merchandise, a Partial Refund excluding original order postage plus deducting a charge on restocking fee of 10%, will be issued in original form of payment.
Qrhinestones are not responsible for mail lost or the Postal Service Company during the return, we recommend customer to use a traceable post service when making a return of merchandise.
All Return and Refund requests must be sent within 30 days of the original purchasing date.
All items must be returned in the same quantities and quality that they were purchased in. Qrhinestones does not accept partial returns.
